Bolo de Nozes (Walnut Cake). Sponge yellow cake with a layer of ovos moles and topped with walnut buttercream, decorated with walnuts. St. Honore. Our version of this French traditional cake is made with flaky puff pastry, custard cream puffs and fresh fruit drizzled in Belgium chocolate. Chocolate Strawberry Cake. Rich dark chocolate cake with strawberries and cream, covered with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries.
Bolo Rei/Portuguese Fruit Cake. Our traditional Holiday Cake is made with plenty of dried  and crystallized fruits, pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, Port wine and citrus. Black Forest Cake. Dark chocolate cake with cherries, whipped cream and  Belgium chocolate shavings. Bolo de Mel/Portuguese Honey Cake. Very traditional cake from the Portuguese island of Madeira. This cake is made with molasses,walnuts, Madeira Port wine and plenty of aromatic herbs. This cake is dairy free!
Strawberry Cake. Classic white cake with layers of Chantilly and fresh strawberries, decorated with strawberries and toasted mixed nuts. "German Chocolate Cake". Shredded coconut and toasted pecans form a filling between layers of moist chocolate cake. This decadent cake is then covered with rich chocolate buttercream. Bolo de noz com fios. Sponge yellow cake and walnuts with a layer of ovos moles, covered with whipped topping and decorated with walnuts and fios de ovos.
Mocha Cake. Yellow satin cake flavored with our espresso coffee with layers of mocha buttercream and decorated with toasted almonds, drizzled in chocolate. Brasileira Tart. Tart made with our buttery dough filled with pastry cream and topped with whipped cream, roasted sweet almonds and powdered sugar. Bolo Saint Honore
Temptation Cake. Rich dark chocolate cake filled with strawberry mousse, strawberries, covered with ganache and fresh strawberries. Bolo Tropical. A heavenly three layer vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberries, sweet pineapple and light pastry cream. Bolo de noz com chantilly.
